You own your data.
At JN Solutions we believe that you own the data that is stored on our systems, whether that data was supplied form DEEWR or data you have entered directly into our system. At your request we will delete any or all of your data. We will also supply you with a copy at your request.
How to get your data.
We understand that at some point you may wish to migrate your data to another system or software provider. We aim to make this process as easy as possible.
To get a copy of your data please send a request in writing to our main address that can be found on our website or email info@jnsolutions.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred method of transfer whether that is via ftp or email. If this is not possible we will send the data on a DVD.
Job Seekers Details
JN Solutions or its staff will never contact a job seeker directly under any circumstance. The details of your job seekers will not be passed on to a third party for any reason. The data will only ever be used in products used by you.
