How does it work?

We look at the characteristics of jobseekers on a site's caseload over the last two year by using a combination of management reports, the dynamic query tool and the bulk data facility on EA3000. We then run a regression model each week to approxiamate what the sites star rating would be if DEEWR ran their model that week.

Starcast will also look at you current placements and make a prediction on the outcomes that will result based on the site's performance history. It is not possible to exactly predict a star rating beyond the current week as it is dependent on the performance of other providers' results and economic factors.

A user can also insert information for certain scenarios whether that be about the number of outcomes over the next six months or the resulting commencements of a business share increase. The effect of the change in caseload and outcomes can been seen in terms of star ratings.

The software will be hosted by JN Solutions and will integrate with EA3000 so there is no maintenance needed.
