Bridge
Bridge is a client management system that has been created in collaboration with providers that will be delivering DEEWR's Job Services contract. There are a couple of core concepts that distinguish Bridge so much from existing products. These concepts are what makes Bridge a really unique product in Job Services:
- Single point of entry: 2 way integration with DEEWR's Smart Client, this means we are providing a unified system and there is no need for DEEWR's Smart Client.
- Work-flow oriented system: Employment consultants' days are planned out for them and every job seeker has actionable tasks due.
- Linked to your accountancy package: this removes the needless manual tracking and reconciliation of claims.
- User focused: we deal with compliance within the system so the employment consultant can focus on getting outcomes.
- Clean design: our product is as easy to use as Facebook. We have actively sought to reduce the number of screens that need to be learnt. How many of the 800 EA3000 screens did you use?
Customisation:
Do things your own way: Is there some additional information you want to record when you are doing a JSCI? Not a problem, customised forms come as standard. You can even send the online form to the job seeker or employer and have them fill it out with the results automatically saved in Bridge.
