Analytics is a customisable performance dashboard that gives you instant access to a wide range of specialised reports.

Analytics comes with reports that will help:

• catch missing claims before it's too late,
• let you know the change in characteristics of your caseload,
• let you know who the new referrals are,

One example of the reports that Analytics includes is a daily version of the PI pack - not only is it in a far more usable form than an unprintable Excel spreadsheet but you can actually click on any flow and see the individual job seekers that are in that flow.
