Rupert has spent his entire career working in employment services and knows the industry from the inside out. Rupert loathes inefficiency and loves systems improvements. He formerly worked for one of the largest employment service providers, managing their performance on a national-level. He's also worked on the ground in recruitment and as a performance consultant in Job Network. He has a physics degree from a world-leading University and is the mathematical genius behind Starcast.

Rupert created JN Solutions in order to foster knowledge, share inspiration, and raise the bar of what the industry can accomplish. He is an active policy debates and is working closely with government bodies to support positive change.

Brad Garland, Chief Technology Officer

Brad has spent the last 15 years developing innovative web-based applications across a number of industries. For the past five years, Brad has focused exclusively on developing simple and elegant solutions for the Employment Services industry. He thrives on the challenge of developing technology that directly helps people. Under Brad's guidance, JN Solutions' products are designed by thinking first and foremost about how people interact with software.
